How long will my order take?
There is no standard turnaround time, because every piece is handmade to order. Out-of-state U.S. orders usually take around 2–3 weeks and international orders around 4–6 weeks, counted from when we receive a usable impression. Busy seasons and complex designs can take longer.
How do you get the size of my teeth?
After you order, we mail you a dental mold kit with instructions. Miami customers can book an in-person impression appointment instead.
Can I get a refund?
All custom orders are final sale and non-refundable, because each piece is made for your mouth only. If your grillz don't fit on arrival, we'll adjust or remake them once for free. Just contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video.
What is NPG dental gold?
NPG dental gold is a dental-grade alloy with a rich gold color. It holds its shine and is built for everyday wear.
Is the silver real?
Yes. Our silver grillz are solid .925 sterling silver.
What's the difference between the finishes?
- Plain: smooth, mirror polish
- Open Face: an open frame that shows your natural tooth
- Diamond Cut: hand-engraved cuts that catch the light
- Diamond Dust: a textured, sparkling finish
- Diamond Cut + Diamond Dust: both techniques combined
Can I eat with my grillz in?
No. Remove your grillz before eating and before sleeping, and clean them regularly.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to select countries. Any country offered at checkout is available. International customers pay any customs duties or import taxes.
What if my grillz get damaged later?
Damage after delivery (bending, dropping, carrying them loose in a pocket) isn't covered. Repairs or replacements require a new order.
