How It Works
Every piece is custom-made to fit your teeth. Here's the process from order to smile.
1. Place Your Order
Choose your metal (NPG Dental Gold or .925 Sterling Silver), your finish, and your size (number of teeth, top, bottom, or a full set). Then check out.
2. Get Your Impression
Mail-in: We ship you a dental mold kit with step-by-step instructions.
Miami locals: Book an in-person impression appointment instead. Contact us to schedule.
3. Send Your Mold Back
Take your impression carefully, following the instructions, and mail it back to us. The sooner we get a usable impression, the sooner your piece goes into production.
4. We Craft Your Piece
Your grillz are cast from your impression, then hand-finished and polished.
5. Delivery
Your finished piece ships with tracking. High-value orders may require a signature.
Turnaround Time
There is no standard turnaround time. Every piece is handmade. Typical estimates, which start once we receive a usable impression:
- Out-of-state (U.S.): usually around 2–3 weeks
- International: usually around 4–6 weeks
Need it by a certain date? Contact us before ordering.
Fit Guarantee
If your grillz don't fit when they arrive, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll adjust or remake them once at no charge. See our Refund Policy for details.
