These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any purchase from Etheric Manifest LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Etheric Manifest," "we," "us," "our"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy, our Shipping Policy, and our Privacy Policy.

1. Custom Work

Our products are made to order from your dental impression. Small variations in color, finish, texture, and shape are a natural part of handmade work. They are not defects.
Product photos are examples of our work. Your piece is made for you and will not be identical to any photo.
You are responsible for giving us an accurate impression and correct order details (metal, finish, number of teeth, top/bottom).

2. Orders, Pricing & Payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you order.
Full payment is required at checkout unless we agree otherwise in writing.
We may refuse or cancel any order, for example because of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or an impression we cannot use. If we cancel an order before production starts, we will refund what you paid for it.

3. Turnaround Time

There is no standard or guaranteed turnaround time. Any timeframe we give you is an estimate only. See our Shipping Policy for details.

4. Refunds

All custom orders are final sale and non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for our fit guarantee and the limited cases where we remake or repair a piece.

5. Wear, Care & Safety

Grillz are removable cosmetic jewelry. They are not a dental appliance or medical device, and they do not replace dental care.
Remove your grillz before eating and before sleeping. Clean them regularly and keep up good oral hygiene.
If you have dental problems or sensitivity, or have had dental work, talk to your dentist before wearing grillz. Stop wearing them and see a dentist if you notice irritation, pain, or any other problem.
Keep grillz away from children. Small parts can be a choking hazard.
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for dental, oral, or health problems caused by improper use, poor hygiene, or failure to follow these care instructions.

6. Materials

We describe the metals we use (such as NPG dental gold and .925 sterling silver) accurately. If you have a known metal allergy or sensitivity, contact us before ordering. We are not responsible for reactions to materials that were accurately disclosed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site belongs to Etheric Manifest LLC, including photos, designs, logos, and text. You may not copy or use it without our written permission. We may photograph finished pieces and share them for marketing, without showing your name or face unless you agree. If you'd rather we not share your piece, tell us.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Etheric Manifest LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of our products or this site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
